Q. How do you structure your fees?

A. We base our fees on a percentage of the volume of the estate contents. It is a sliding scale that ranges from 10% to 40%.

Q. How much notice do you need to run an Estate Sale?

A. We need at least 7 to 10 days for set up, pricing, placing ads, ordering signs, etc., but prefer more notice if possible.

Q. Do you have letters of recommendation?
